Working Condition

Injection mould workshop in Taizhou, Zhejiang. Mould weight ranges from 2 to 2.8 tons. Equipment used for loading/unloading moulds onto machines and mould transfer; limited factory ceiling height.

Configuration

KOEO 3-ton double-chain hoist, two-speed electric travelling, lifting height: 6 m.

Pain Points of the Old Solution

Manual chain hoists required four workers to complete mould loading and unloading. Low working efficiency, high risk of mould collision and damage, plus potential strain injuries for operators.

Implementation Results

Single-operator operation via wired & wireless dual control; slow speed enables precise mould lowering. Two-speed adjustment delivers accurate positioning, drastically reducing mould collision and rejection rates.

Frequent start-stop operations every day; clutch overload protection prevents accidental overloading.

Compact body design allows smooth travelling through narrow aisles between machine tools.
