The KOEO EQ-05 is a heavy-duty 5-ton electric chain hoist purpose-built for the most demanding industrial lifting operations. Equipped with a 3.6 kW motor system, G80 grade alloy steel load chain with 2-fall configuration, and dual electromagnetic DC brakes, the EQ-05 delivers exceptional lifting power for steel mills, shipyards, heavy fabrication shops, foundries, and large-scale construction projects.

Motor Heavy-Duty Drive (3.6 kW): Dual 3-phase motors deliver combined high-torque output for confident 5-ton lifting. Both motors are IP55 enclosed with Class F insulation for reliable operation in dusty, humid, and high-temperature environments.
G80 Grade Alloy Steel Load Chain (Ø11.2 mm, 2 Falls): Premium G80 calibrated chain with 4:1 safety factor. The 2-fall chain configuration doubles lifting stability and distributes load stress evenly across reinforced chain guides and sprockets.
Dual Electromagnetic DC Brake System: Twin independent DC electromagnetic brakes provide redundant holding power. In the event of power loss, both brakes engage instantly to hold the load securely without any slippage.
Overload Protection Clutch: Precision-calibrated overload clutch prevents lifting beyond the 5-ton rated capacity. Factory-set and tested at 1.25x rated load to ensure consistent trip performance.
Upper & Lower Limit Switches: Heavy-duty mechanical limit switches provide positive stop at both hook travel extremes, protecting the chain, housing, and internal components from over-travel damage.
